This ensures you are eating bread just like our ancestors did - full of the goodness that real bread offers - fibre, vitamins, minerals and lasting energy and sustenance just as nature intended. Each 500g loaf is baked using the finest of ingredients I can get my oven mitts on. Orders & Purchases any day before Wednesday 6pm for delivery or pick up on Thursday. Time and place for collection will be arranged on Thursday morning but is usually around 12 noon in the Mart carpark.
