Small Group Experience (3-5 people):

  • Investment: €1,200 for 6 weeks (€400-€240/person for 3-5 participants).

How to Book:

Payment can be made in full prior to the start date or if paying in 3 installments, the first payment is paid on confirmation of booking.   • No prior experience is necessary. This course is designed for all skill levels, whether you're new to cooking or looking to refine your techniques.

  • Yes! Recipes and lessons can be tailored to accommodate various dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. Please let me know of any specific requirements before we begin the course.

  • All materials, including recipes, handouts and guides, will be provided weekly in person or via email or through a secure download link.

    A simple shopping list will be sent to you each week before our session to make sure we have everything we need. Unusual or hard-to-get ingredients will be provided by me.

  • Life happens, I get it! Each course must be completed within an 8-week window allowing for a 2 week buffer for unexpected events.

    For small groups: the same rule applies but if the group wants to continue without a group member, course materials and handouts will be provided for any members.

    For online participants - the same rules apply but there may be an option to record a session if needed

  • The course is available in both formats. You can join in person at your designated location or attend virtually via Zoom. There is also an option to do a blend of both if that suits better. All scheduling will be confirmed before the course begins.

  • You’ll need basic kitchen equipment such as a cutting board, knives, pots, and pans. A detailed equipment list will be sent before each session. I will bring my own knives and useful utensils to ensure our session runs smoothly.

  • Yes! I offer flexible payment options, including paying in full or spreading the cost over three installments. See the "How to Book" section for details.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the structure and limited spots in this course, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Upfront Payments (Pay in Full): Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this point.

  • Installment Plans: Once you commit to an installment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of attendance.

  • Course Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, provided you notify me at least 48 hours before the course begins.
