What I Do

I’m Irene β€” a nutritional therapist, cook, and lifelong gatherer of good food and good sense. My work has always started in the kitchen, but over the years it has grown into something more β€” conversations, classes, shared tables and those small moments where something just clicks.

These days, you’ll find me teaching, writing, and speaking β€” helping people make sense of food without the noise, the rules, or the overwhelm.

Because it’s not about perfection.

It’s about knowing what to do, having a few good ingredients to hand…and trusting yourself to make something nourishing from it.
