What I Do
Iβm Irene β a nutritional therapist, cook, and lifelong gatherer of good food and good sense. My work has always started in the kitchen, but over the years it has grown into something more β conversations, classes, shared tables and those small moments where something just clicks.
These days, youβll find me teaching, writing, and speaking β helping people make sense of food without the noise, the rules, or the overwhelm.
Because itβs not about perfection.
Itβs about knowing what to do, having a few good ingredients to handβ¦and trusting yourself to make something nourishing from it.
