My journey into nutrition began with a deeply personal mission - supporting my sister through cancer treatment. This experience evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others harness the power of food for health and wellbeing. Today, as a Nutritional Therapist, medicinal chef, food writer and passionate educator, I bring together scientific understanding and practical cooking skills to create meaningful change in people's lives.

The Art of Making Nutrition Accessible
Drawing on my unique background as owner of two successful restaurants and health food store consultant, I bridge the gap between nutritional science and everyday cooking. Whether I'm delivering a workshop on Medicinal Mushrooms at the Dingle Food Festival or teaching wholefood cooking classes through Kerry Education & Training Board (KETB) my approach combines deep knowledge with practical skills delivered in a way that participants can easily incorporate into their daily lives.

Educational Partnerships

Through Kerry Education and Training Board KETB) and private commissions, I create and deliver hands-on cooking courses that empower participants to take charge of their health through food. My classes focus on medicinal cookery, practical skills, seasonal ingredients and the therapeutic properties of whole foods.

My approach combines professional expertise with genuine passion for helping others thrive. Through my voluntary roles as Director of both Áiseanna na hÓige (community childcare and family support) and the Dingle Literary Festival, I bring additional experience in:
