🌱 March 18th – Planting New Beginnings: Sowing Seeds, Sprouting for Food & Setting Intentions
Spring is a time of renewal and fresh growth, both in nature and in ourselves. In this session, you will:
✔ Learn the best seeds to sow in early spring and how to nurture them
✔ Discover the power of sprouting as an easy, nutrient-dense way to grow food at home
✔ Explore how seasonal eating supports renewal and vitality
✔ Set personal wellness intentions in alignment with the season of growth

🌾 April 8th – Feeding the Soil, Nourishing the Gut: Microbiome Health, Fermentation & Composting
Healthy soil creates thriving plants, just as a healthy gut microbiome supports resilience and well-being. In this session, you will:
✔ Prepare garden soil to enhance plant growth naturally
✔ Understand the link between gut health and soil health
✔ Get hands-on with fermenting foods—an ancient method of preserving nutrition and supporting digestion
✔ Learn how to create beautiful, nutrient-rich compost to complete the cycle of renewal
