The First Step is a 4-week private nutrition support programme designed to help you take control of your health in a kind and doable way. No calorie counting. No “good” or “bad” foods. No pressure to be perfect. Just calm, clear, personalised support—step by step.

  • You’ve been told to improve your diet for health reasons (cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, stress).

  • You want to feel better—but you don’t know where to start.

  • You’re tired of diets and rules and want a real-life approach that fits around your family and your life.

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed and worried that it’s too late—but not ready to give up.

What You’ll Get

Over 4 weeks, we’ll gently build confidence, clarity and healthier habits that feel good—without turning your life upside down.

1 x 75-minute Initial Consultation
We’ll explore where you’re at, where you’d like to be, and the smallest, kindest steps to get you there.

2 x 45-minute Follow-Up Sessions
We’ll meet every 1–2 weeks to troubleshoot, support and build on what’s working.

Personalised Getting Started Plan
Simple, real-world nutrition tailored to your tastes, lifestyle and energy levels.

After the 4 weeks, you’ll have the option to continue with The Next Steps—a flexible follow-up programme for ongoing support, deeper change or monthly check-ins if you’d like to keep going.
